IPC Volleyball Club

The situation
A competitive volleyball club with genuine sporting credibility but limited visibility beyond its immediate community. Attention existed on matchdays and disappeared in between.
The thinking
Treat the club as a media and community property rather than only a competing team. If the club could hold attention through the week, it would have something to offer partners beyond logo placement.
The work
Brand and digital presence development, a content strategy built around players and storylines, fan engagement campaigns, matchday communication and a commercial positioning that made partnership conversations concrete.
The perspective it produced
Sports properties in Ghana rarely lack passion; they lack packaging. Defined audiences, reliable inventory and evidence are what turn support into sponsorship, and building them is a marketing discipline rather than a one-off campaign.
